Hi everyone, a quick update on multi-authorisation for Payday Super.
We recognise that multi-authorisation is a priority for many of you, particularly as Payday Super approaches and businesses review how they manage super payments in Xero.
Our Product team is actively working on an enhanced workflow for this, which is on track for release next quarter.
We’ll share more updates as soon as we have more to confirm.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing how important accessing emergency contact information is for your team's wellbeing. We understand your desire to include emergency contact details in payroll reports.
This isn't something on our current roadmap, however our product team has reviewed this and moved it to Accepted status for future consideration.
In the meantime, some members mentioned valid workarounds such as reviewing the details directly in the employee record or creating an emergency contacts list outside of Xero.
We'll continue monitoring community interest as we plan future updates to Payroll reports.

Yep agree - not much use if the folk who need it can't get to it quickly. Seems like a simple thing to just add the fields as options on the Employee Contact Details report ???

Thanks for your passion and the detailed feedback on this idea, community. We can see how much time is spent manually consolidating tracking category budgets, and why having this roll-up automatically would make a big difference.
As noted by others in the thread, one option for now is to use a third-party app from the Xero App Store. Some in the community have mentioned tools like Spotlight Reporting or Budget Consolidator are great for this, and it’s a good way to get the insights you’re after.
While we understand the value this feature would add, it isn't on our immediate roadmap to build right now. This is essential now we have to do super every payroll.
We also need another mechanism for approving other than a phone number. An email or authentication app code is what we need - more secure and can be used when travelling.
