Thanks for your continued engagement and valuable feedback on this long-standing idea, everyone. We've been carefully reviewing your comments and want to acknowledge the clear sentiment of frustration regarding the current limitations around managing multiple addresses for contacts, particularly for invoicing and delivery purposes, and that this is a critical feature to many of you.
We want to share an update on our progress here - We're pleased to confirm that the foundational work for handling multiple addresses has been completed within the Contacts area of Xero. This was a crucial first step. Building on this, now that all customers are on the new invoicing experience our product team has moved into the discovery phase for adding multiple addresses directly within invoicing. This means they are actively exploring the best way to implement this functionality to meet your needs effectively.
We appreciate your patience as we work through the complexities…

It's obvious to anyone in business that two key features are missing from Xero.
The ability to have multiple addresses in one contact for customers that have multiple sites.
The ability to have multiple persons selectable within a contact for customers where you send quotes to numerous separate persons within a customers company.
This has been ongoing for years with little to no progress. I have no confidence that it is a genuine priority for the development team, they seem to spend their time "fixing" things which in my opinion were not broken to start with.

The solution I am using is different branding themes with the recipients name written into it on the template. This allows me to get by to a certain extent but there is a limit to the amount of branding themes you can have.
I have one large customer with two addresses and over ten different individuals I need to send quotes to on a regular basis. This is very frustrating

While only on an invoice by invoice basis atm there is a slightly simpler option that the team released that will help create a packing slip for invoices.
Would be good to get a sense of the interest for a bulk option and creating for multiple invoices at once.
In one customer alone I deal with 4 project engineers, 3 safety reps, 2 senior managers and the buying department and need to send quotes to the them all addressed individually. So 10 contacts would be a minimum for me. Ideally available to pick from a drop down on the quote page in my case.
