I am importing 300 jobs for 2023. I would like to populate the custom field for Hi everyone
Each year we import 300 jobs using the import function, but we are not able to import any Custom Fields eg "Job Accountant". Furthermore we are not able to import Staff.
Whilst the import function is useful it still requires significant manual intervention. It would be great if Custom Fields could be imported to Jobs as is the case with Clients and Leads. And that Staff could also be imported.

Hello everyone, thanks for your engagement and feedback regarding using labels in Xero Expenses.
We are currently reviewing all of our product ideas as part of a wider project to streamline the status of our community support on Xero Product Ideas and wanted to provide you with an update about this idea.
After reviewing this idea and our product roadmap, this feature isn't currently on our immediate plans as our development teams are focused on other core improvements across the Xero platform.
The status has now been updated to Not In Pipeline. Our product team will continue to monitor this idea and we’ll let you know if anything changes.

So many small changes to Xero Expenses would make the product 100% better.

Hi everyone, thanks for all of your valuable feedback on this idea. The number of detailed comments clearly show how important this feature is for many of you.
We also agree that this would add significant value to Xero Expenses. That’s why we’re pleased to update the status of this idea to Accepted. This means we have reviewed your feedback and it aligns with our product vision.
While it is a feature we’d like to build, it’s not currently on our roadmap, so we can't provide a delivery timeframe just yet. We will share another update on this thread as soon as we have more news.

Hey community, thanks for your detailed feedback on combining expenses into a single claim.
We recognise the value in creating a more streamlined process for submitting and approving multiple expenses, especially for events like business travel.
Our product team are currently reviewing this functionality and are in an initial discovery phase, but it isn’t set in their product roadmap yet. We’ve moved the status to In Discovery to reflect this.
We’re continuing to monitor feedback on this idea and will keep you updated.

Absolutely agree. This is a fundamental requirement of a system with multiple users. It is currently impossible to easily see or download a user permission profile and/or update permissions to ensure they are consistent across the practice.
