Hi team, while we understand the desire for auto-save in quotes here, we want to be open that we don't have plans for changing the current save behaviour for quotes for the time being. While seemingly simple there is a fine balance in creating a save experience that'll suit majority of users. As some may have seen with new invoicing that has auto-save implemented, we've received wide ranging response for this feature, and there is more work needed to fine tune.
To confirm the current experience, when creating quotes in Xero you'll want to select the Save button before navigating elsewhere in your org, or leaving the page to ensure the contents of your quote is saved.
If there are any intentions of changing how save works in quotes, we will surely let you know on the idea here. Thanks

contact groups
I'd like to see which Groups my customers have been assigned to on the contacts page so that I can see which ones haven't been assigned to a Group. It's easy to see which ones have been assigned within the Groups but not which ones haven't.

Hi team, we appreciate your engagement in the idea here however we want to be open that we don't have any plans for developing repeat spend or receive money transactions atm.
If you have the suggest previous entries option turned on in your bank account, you may find that overtime Xero suggests create transactions based on your previous reconciliations.
Alternatively, you could look to create bank rules for these scenarios where Xero will pick up commonalities in your rules to your statement lines and help with reconciliations.

Is this not the function of the bank rules?
Hi. As a Xero Partner who often has to addresss this problem. I would urge everyone to make sure you're clearing your browsing history on a regular basis as I believe this makes a difference. Tangled up date can cause the page to crash in my simple way of putting it.
