Thanks for your continued support of this idea, everyone.
We understand that the current process of downloading multiple payslips can take some time for employees with multiple years worth of payslips.
Currently if you invite employees into Xero Me portal they can self-serve payslips and download for themselves as needed.
To be transparent, with much of the team being focused on ‘Building on Beautiful’, there’s no current work planned to develop an option to bulk download payslips.
If anything changes, we’ll update you here, and in the meantime, please keep sharing your feedback and insights on this idea, our product teams are often in these forums taking on board all of your valuable feedback.

Hi community, thanks for your support and sharing in the idea here. Diving into your comments, there are a few different ideas that we're picking up on within this one thread;
- ability to change the email address/contact of a sent pack
- ability to add additional documents to a sent pack, and
- the ability to edit metadata of a sent pack
For the first, we'd like to better understand what is driving the need to change the email address? is it down to a typo when entering it? or if its on a tax return, is it wrong on the client record etc?
Although it's not possible to add additional documents to a pack right now, creating and sending a new document pack is essentially the same - Is there any reason this isn't suitable?
Lastly, it'd be good to get more substance of how the ability to rename a pack…

Appreciate the meaning behind this idea to you all.
This is something we'd like to continue to track on the site here, however to upfront in order to generate the barcode there's work that'd need to be done on IRD's end to enable this.
We've reached out to engage them on this, but there is no immediate plans from our end, at this time.

Thanks for your support and rating of the idea here, community.
While there's 'building on beautiful' work across Bank Reconciliation pages at present, the team have also been making improvements to improve and increase automation when reconciling your accounts. Though this doesn't directly relate to sort and filter capability, this should help improve your experience when reconciling accounts with Xero - doing more of the heavy lifting for you by matching or suggesting reconciliations.
Being open, the platform in it's current form cannot cater for sort or filtering through all statement lines in an account (some businesses that have 000's of unreconciled lines!) which is where the building on beautiful work is critical - However, we're exploring possible improvements that could make navigating through unreconciled lines simpler such as bringing the navigation to the top of the page and increasing the number of statement lines that are shown…

Just to clarify, when you say ‘duplicate a contact’ would this be; the ability to duplicate an entire client (including all its contacts), to duplicate a contact within an existing client, or duplicate a contact from one client to another?
If the last, we have a similar idea over here that I can join you in with. 🙂 -

It is very time consuming to have to download payslips one by one especially when clients need them for large periods of time for instances such as workers compensation claims. A bulk report is possible in other payroll programs and seems such a logical option for xero to include. Very suprised it is not an option already with xero!
