Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.
I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.
I'll share more news here as this gets closer to release.

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate your engagements with us here, and helping us understand future improvements that could enhance your use of Xero for managing your practice.
As you'll have likely seen we are in the process of releasing new client and staff experiences to unify our practice tools under what will soon become Xero Partner Hub.
With the current work in progress we want to be open that bulk updates like what's being asked here aren't in the roadmap atm, however this will be something we consider as we keep revising our roadmaps. If there are any updates we will share on this idea.

Hi community, we appreciate everyone's engagement here. To confirm we have intentions of developing the purchase order experience, however developing Projects into this does have some complexities and requires work across both purchase orders and projects to deliver.
Right now our initial focus is releasing the new purchase order experience to all users.
While we don't have a timeframe for assigning PO's to Projects at this stage, this is top of our product teams radar and we'll communicate here as soon as there's an update.

We need enhanced group-first navigation options, built-in group-level reporting capabilities, and workflow management tools that allow us to assign jobs, track time, and manage tasks at the group level while maintaining visibility into individual client components.
We actively use client grouping in Xero Practice Manager with most of our clients organised into families/taxable groups, but the system is based on individual client views.
We will often have 1 job per group, track time by group.
Folders are organised by Group, then client. Notionally, when we have a single client, it’s a group of 1.
Despite having clients properly grouped, we cannot easily navigate by groups as the primary view, generate reports at the group level, or plan and assign work by group rather than individual clients.
