    Thanks for your feedback and interest in the idea here. We appreciate the desire for being able to enable employees to make these changes themselves.

    While this is something the team will continually review as they keep developing Payroll for Australia, we want to be open that this is not in the direct plans atm.

    If there are any changes or progress for developing this we'll be sure to come back and update you on this, here.

    Disappointing that the addition of appropriate functionality has resulted in the loss of other appropriate functionality. It makes the app extremely difficult to use for an employee who works at two different places each employing the different method for timesheeting.
    I also agree with Sarah that earning rates available for selection should be limited to those on the employee's pay template.

    Leave accrual calculation should include times entered against all pay types entered as ordinary time earnings rather than just the one ordinary times earning entered against the employee and pay items that are multiples of this one. This is important especially for part timers who you can't enter a fixed amount accrual because their hours worked vary and because some people are paid at a rate for some work which is not a multiple of their normal earnings rate.
