Hi community, thanks for your interest on this. While being able to move a Tax Return to another job is something we may look to do later, it's not in the near term plans. For now, we'll continue to collect and monitor your feedback, and share if there's any progress.

Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your feedback around the sync between Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Xero Blue.
You may have heard our Xero’s practice tools are evolving into one seamless platform with Xero Partner Hub. With focus on this new hub at present we want to be open that there are no changes for the sync between Client in practice tools and Contacts in your Xero organisation.
This maybe something we look into in the longer term but want to be open it's not in the roadmap at present.
We'll continue to keep a close eye on the support here, and share if there's any progress.

when changing an email address or postal address in XPM these changes need to be reflected in Xero otherwise it is simply double handling

This was always possible in our old MYOB program and was used regularly by our firm to monitor our SMSF and Trust. It was a very huge step back for our firm.
After we realised that we could no longer report on the dates our clients were add/taken on we created a "Custom Field" so that we could do this moving forward but unfortunately we have lost the new client data for at least 3 months
