Hi everyone, we know this remains a highly important request, and we appreciate the volume of detail you’ve shared around billing, delivery and contact management workflows in this idea.
As shared in our last update - our team has been progressing the next phase of work needed to bring this more meaningfully into invoicing.
We know many of you are looking for clearer timing, and while I’m not able to confirm a release date at this stage, I do want to reassure you this remains an active area of work for our product teams.
We’ll continue to return here with further updates as we move through the next stages. Thanks again for your patience and for continuing to share the workflows that make this so important.

Hi all, thank you for contributing to idea here. While our Inventory team have reviewed the idea for custom / tiered price lists in Xero, we want to be open that we do not have development planned for enabling more extensive Inventory management like this.
There are many Inventory apps that connect with Xero and offer these types of services and more - You can explore these on Xero App store. To be transparent we will update the status to not planned - If there is any change to this we will share with you here.

Had this feature in Sage and could not believe I had to literally create a different product code for each customer that buys one item. I have 15 x codes for 1 product as each pays a different price.
To work out how many of that item I've actually sold over any period I have to export to a spreadsheet, set up a formula to tally the totals etc etc
This plays out across multiple items we sell.
I have about 40 different codes that only cover 4 products.

I first commented on this thread about the need for the ability to assign multiple prices for a product across different customers.
I have one product that 10 customers use - I have had to create 10 different product codes in order to have that price available on the system, even though its the same product.
e.g A price for Customer 'A', I have code 9999A for $xx
Customer B has a different price, so I have code 9999B - the exact same product but now with Price $yy
To work out how many of product 9999 I've actually sold in total I need to export to Excel and run formulas.
I have 65 different products I am doing this with - we're up to about 4000 codes to cover it all.
This thread seems to have morphed into multiple addresses per customers.
We need both!
