    Hey Timothy! It's great to see ideas like this from the community, thank you for posting it. After reviewing your suggestion for filtering payroll reports by tracking category, we've now made it visible so it can gain support from other community members.     Hi everyone, right now the only way to edit a cover page in Xero is when you're publishing the report template. 

    Then you can change the Title, Date and Prepared by options. To further change the cover page, you can export the report template to a PDF file and customise it using a PDF editor. This would also be an option for editing the page numbers

    We made some changes in Report styles for our new reports in 2021, though this is only for practice users - They now have the option to choose from four font sizes, and can add a text watermark to exported draft and published reports. 

    We don't have plans to develop this functionality further in Xero atm, but we'll keep you updated if our plans change.

    This would be a great feature, some clients do not like to file directly from Xero and it would be great to mark them as filed similar to how we can do it in Practice Manager

    Hey team 😊 happy to come back to share that this work is now underway with our product team as they begin development for managing files within Xero Payroll.

    We really value the feedback we've received from you all in this idea, which has helped inform our teams approach to developing a solution that will fit majority of needs.

    I'll return to share as we get nearer to release with more information on what this looks like including where and how you'll be able to attach files in Payroll.
