    Rather than needing to have an individual in XPM as a client for tax purposes and a contact for contact purposes, we would like to be able to have the client as a contact for the entity - so they are only in XPM once. That way, if their email address or phone number were to change, you only need to update it in one spot, rather than heaps.

    Hey everyone 👋 Thanks so much for all the detailed feedback on applying work patterns for part-time employees. We’ve been following the conversation and understand that manually adjusting pay runs for pro-rata entitlements can be a real challenge. It’s clear that having this automated could save time and give you greater peace of mind.

    I’m pleased to let you know our product team has reviewed this idea and we’re updating the status to ‘Accepted’. This means that while it’s not on our immediate roadmap, it’s something we see real value in and want to bring into Xero when we can prioritise the work.

    In the meantime, the workarounds shared here, like manually adjusting hours in each pay run, remain the best approach. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, as your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping Xero. We’ll keep you updated on any developments…

    If we can prefill the Doc ID, due dates and PAYG I, we definitely need to be able to have STP data prefilled.

    Hi team, we appreciate your engagement and letting us know how a field for adding a clients date of death would help you when working with Xero. We understand having this field would save time hunting around for info when you're preparing tax returns and other client work, and we want you to know this work is being prioritised for development with our product teams.

    Thanks for your involvement and sharing your interest in adding multiple email addresses for a client in Practice Manager with us here.

    This idea has been reviewed by our product team however with other priorities right now we don't have immediate plans for developing this capability. If there's any movement or news we'll definitely share with you all, here.
