Hello I am the product manager for the group within Xero which looks after the currency capability.
I follow the digital currency space closely, I find it incredibly interesting both sociologically as well as technically. However as a product manager my role is to ensure that my engineering group works on the things that create the most value, for the most people, and in alignment with the company's long term goals and aspirations.
Digital currencies continue to have an extremely passionate, but also extremely small group of users who want to see them handled in Xero. The cost remains very high for us to deliver this feature, and does not make a difference to enough peoples lives to justify that investment. There are a lot more touchpoints than many people appreciate to implement crypto properly. Huge decimal precision, UX, currency rate feeds, revaluation logic, reporting - all need changes to…

Hi team, thanks for your feedback here. We appreciate how this could be helpful when entering many journals at once.
Right now, although you can' enter multiple dates in a single journal you could import. Alternatively we have a new experience that we're in the process of rolling out and you can Paste lines, so if this detail is elsewhere it may help save you time entering your journals.
Appreciate not an exact solve for what's being asked here and we'll continue ti get a sense of interest in this idea here.

Hi community, thanks for continuing to share how much time this workflow can take.
Right now, we're building an agent that'll sit within JAX and help you get paid without the need to manually chase your customers, which may help address some of the need for more efficient follow-up and statement management.
Initially, you won’t be able to turn this on for an entire contact group at once. You'll be able to enable it for each individual contact within a group, and JAX will do the handy work of designing a personalised plan to follow up with each one. For some this may be a consolidated statement.
We recognise this doesn't cover every part of the original idea here, including sending statements to a whole contact group in one action. We’ll keep these gaps in consideration for future improvements and will share another update once the JAX agent is…
