Hi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.
They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.
For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.

Xero is retiring its WorkflowMax product on 26 June 2024 and has entered into an agreement with tech-led business advisory firm, BlueRock, who are acquiring the brand. As part of this, they have commenced plans to offer a new product. BlueRock’s intent is that their new WorkflowMax product, WorkflowMax by BlueRock will be available to customers in early 2024. I'm having significant problems getting my invoices submitted to a large corporation whose IT department has no intention of whitelisting Xero's email server.
It is absolutely unacceptable that Xero has stated that they have no intention of implementing this feature. We pay a subscription service so that Xero can continually update the product and maintain compliance with industry security and accounting requirements.
