We received really good feedback from the teams concept testing. Thank you to all those that participated in this!
We're now working on building a feature that'll help detect duplicate bills, and help you identify these in your workflow.
I'll move to working on it and be back to let you all know when this is released for you to get full use of. 😊

An error occurred while saving the comment Gemma Carrick commentedThis is critical for us wanting to send PO's to the Sales team of the Customer, and then send Invoices/Remittances to the Accounts team of a Customer. Some Customers do not want to receive Invoices into their Sales inbox, and same goes for their Accounts team not wanting to receive PO's - clogging up their inboxes and creating confusion.

We use ApprovalMax for our site team members to raise PO's on and without this function we have issues where our site guys are sending PO's to all email addresses linked to our suppliers (doubled up PO's, confusion etc..)
