I have upgraded 70% of my bookkeeping business clientbase to Xero - and this is coming up again and again. Primarily, inability to allocate credit notes at the "Bill Payment" stage makes Remittances meaningless to the supplier; and second, unability to allocate credit notes to Supplier payments or Customer receipts makes Bank Reconciliation a two-step process when there is no need for it to be!
This issue comes up again and again and again on the Xero forums, going back YEARS. Why has it not been addressed - it lets the system down so much!Catherine Roberts

Even just provide a list of which fonts work on Xero! That would help - I've spent hours trying to find a match for Century Gothic which works within Xero, and most of that time was wasted. Does Xero *really* only handle Times New Roman and Arial?

I would strongly support this - it can't be difficult to implement and with the March 2026 changes to Gov Gateway coming up, it would allow me to take on CIC clients who are anxiously approaching me for filing solutions.
