Hi all, we appreciate detail you've shared on the value to you in being able to add multiple lines to an invoice at a time.

As a step toward making this process easier, we've released a new line item grid in invoicing, in which you can now manually add singular rows to your invoice.

Our team are keen to continue monitoring feedback for adding multiple rows at once here, and while we don't have any plans for this at present, I'll update you if there's any news.

Thanks for the added detail, Becky. This is good to know when sharing back with the team. While this may be something we look closer at down the line, I want to be open that we don't have direct change planned in the near term.

Understand it's a few more clicks at present, potentially to save tabbing 8 time clicking on the Tax Rate column and then tabbing once may save a little time atm. Completely get it's not a resolve though.

Account Team - Is it possible that this would be when you're copying an invoice to a new draft invoice? If so, and you select the same Contact defaults aren't automatically applied and you'd need to remove and re-add the contact on the new draft invoice to trigger defaults to be applied. Otherwise, I'd recommend raising a case with our team of specialists for a closer look as…

Please can we add a auto fill to the tracking categories on invoices...?

We track revenue line items via Client tracking. Before the new invoice roll-out, I was able to click in the tracking category box on the drafted invoice, and the client name would automatically fill.

However, with the new invoicing I have to manually type and search for client to add to each line item...!

It would much more useful and time efficient, if we were able to select the client and then drag and drop the client name down all line items of the invoice, similar to a spreadsheet. Or auto fill as before!

I have default tracking categories for individual contacts, however, this doesn't pull through to the drafted invoices.

    Appreciate your help with this!

Hi community, thanks for your interest in this idea. Just wanted to pop in here to share, for those who aren't already aware, that you can export the Receivable Invoice Summary report. The report has a 'Last Payment Date' column that you can add to it which is useful for finding customers who habitually pay late so that you can take appropriate action.

To be transparent, building a feature to show the average days to pay by customer isn't on our roadmap at this time, but we'll be sure to update this idea if that changes in future.
