Hey everyone, back again with some progress to share with you all here. Our product team have made good headway in this space over the past few months and we'll soon be at a stage where we'd like to invite users in for an early release!

Agree with other users. We have customers in all parts of the world and Xero does not recognise accents etc when importing and exporting csv's. This results in incomplete or incomprehensible names and addresses. Just recognising the characters commonly used in European languages would be a big step forward.

Completely agree that this is not something that we want done automatically. We have customers who want the address changed temporarily and this feature removes the other address which is annoying. Having the option to update or not would be ideal.
We have numerous small charges that our customers pay. These are often fx transactions and not viable for credit cards as the charges make it uneconomic. We are constantly asked if the payment can be made for multiple invoices.
