    this has caused an issue for me in quite a few cases people have gone on to deduct CIS from the amount which already has the CIS taken off. its just not obvious at the top that it needs paying.
    Raised with Xero and they say its a known issue to get it fixed i need to comment on this post.. so here is hoping its addressed in the next bug release.

    Hi community, there was a brief window in which users were able to unintentionally code line items to CIS codes. However, there is more complexity in calculations for CIS and work that's needed to reflect this appropriately.


    Thanks for starting an idea in this, we'll begin to track the appetite as a possibility for future work.
