Hi community, we appreciate your feedback on the way invoice numbers are assigned within the flow of new invoicing and how this differs to classic.
Being open while we don't have plans to replicate the exact same behaviour from classic in new invoicing, this is a point that our product team are monitoring closely and we'll let you know here if there's any change to the behaviour planned.

SOOO Many reasons for this - Ideally as an owner with many protocols to follow e.g. AML, Privacy & security to name a couple having more access control options for ALL tools would be beneficial - being able to select from HQ ALL the different types of products and levels from ONE is even better. An example is not only for transparency for clients & owning their own data but also for the modern practice engaging with specialist contractors.
After reading the latest updates, before & after the extension of old invoicing retirement correspondence 16/7, Whilst there may not be as many votes at the moment I do believe this will only grow ONCE the retirement occurs.
Can we please have an update on this feature, will this be in the pipeline or will this be retired along with the classic invoicing?
