Hi community, thanks for letting us know the importance Partner and Manager visibility is for managing client access and your practices day-to-day work.
Our teams are currently developing Partner and Manager filters for the Client list, as well as making them available as optional columns, so you'll soon be able to quickly find clients and see responsibility at a glance.
I'll keep you updated on it's delivery here ✨

Hi everyone, we appreciate your patience & would like to thank everyone who’s shared their thoughts and supported this idea.
Xero's payroll reports do currently offer some options to adjust columns, filters & layout. However we hear & understand the need for having additional information & more flexibility with payroll reporting, including the ability to customise & save reports for future use.
Being open here, these improvements are not in our current pipeline. However we'll use this feedback to shape how we plan future improvements in Xero Payroll reports.

The insight tool will be key but it needs greater functionality and input from the practice owner. The categorisation on the status has three variables Balance out by, Oldest Rec and Unrec items. We need to be able to set the levels, as looking at my list pretty much all my clients are out of date, very out of date or unmaintained etc which just is not the case – I mean Behind has 2 unrec’d items and the oldest is 11 days old.
I would like the ability to set the second column on each table and then it would be great if you could weigh the three as I don’t see them as having an equal weighting.
I would also like an option to see the number of transactions – either last three months or trailing 12 months – this would help with pricing reviews.
