    The insight tool will be key but it needs greater functionality and input from the practice owner. The categorisation on the status has three variables Balance out by, Oldest Rec and Unrec items. We need to be able to set the levels, as looking at my list pretty much all my clients are out of date, very out of date or unmaintained etc which just is not the case – I mean Behind has 2 unrec’d items and the oldest is 11 days old.

    I would like the ability to set the second column on each table and then it would be great if you could weigh the three as I don’t see them as having an equal weighting.


    I would also like an option to see the number of transactions – either last three months or trailing 12 months – this would help with pricing reviews.

    a report that shows just the payment to employer would be great the detail report client often pay the wrong figure
