Even just to be able to transfer to another Tax type or period for the same taxpayer would be helpful. Quite often if you file the return then ask the IRD to transfer it, the system has refunded before the request to transfer is picked up.

Hi team, we've now extended sending invoices via SMS to customers in the US. This is a free feature for all paid plans in AU and US, and can be used in addition to, or as an alternative to sending an invoice via email.

Again, at this time there is no way to automate SMS messaging via Invoice reminders. We'll update you if there is any word of this here.

Since it seems we will not be able to request refunds to be transferred to another Tax Type or period for the same taxpayer or an Associated taxpayer we need to have the note function back. Quite often if you file the return then ask the IRD to transfer it, the system has refunded before the request to transfer is picked up.
