Hey everyone 👋thanks so much for your ongoing feedback and commitment to supporting this idea.

We understand the need for a straightforward process to download all payslips at once, particularly for WorkCover claims or employee requests where multiple payslips are required. We’re excited to let you know that our product team is now actively working on a solution to allow bulk downloading of payslips.

In the meantime, you can use the Payroll Activity Details report to get a detailed breakdown of each payslip. It's also worth noting that employees can access and download their own payslips directly through the Xero Me portal.

We'll keep you updated on our progress right here. 🙂

We need to download a full year of payslips (52) to support a WorkCover claim - so clearly a common requirement.

Analytics Plus Short-term Cash Flow forecast is a great feature, particulary now that it includes BAS/PAYG payments. However it uses the default ATO lodgement date rather than the ATO supplied date that Xero obviously knows because it is shown on the Activity Statement report. The one month timing difference makes cash flow projection meaninless for all following transactions.

We operate in a project environment were we prepare draft invoices in advance for contracted milestones/progress payments. The amounts/items/due dates may get tweaked over time but for us they are a very good indicator of future revenue and timing. The Analytics Plus Short-term Cash Flow projection would be even better if there was an option to include these draft invoices.
