Hi team, we appreciate and thank everyone for feedback. While we began a roll-out for the notification changes mentioned in my last update, as shared in some of the recent comments this resulted in a fair amount of noise for some customers inbox.
We've made the decision to turn off the recent notifications changes.
We'd like to provide more controls around this so users can set a preference, however this does require a fair amount of work and not something we're able to do right now.
Please know we have keen eyes on this idea and when we're in a position to progress this again I'll share news with you all here. Thanks

Hi Maddy, may depend on how the stock is being recorded in Xero and reconciled with Figured - would the Inventory Item Details report be of use here?
You could group by Item name, include Expense, Inventory & Revenue accounts, as well as QoH movement to view the total # of units sold in the period you're running the report for.

Seems like a basic feature (and sounds like was previously a function, now removed). Would be really beneficial as provides a heads up before we reach stop supply!!

Agree with ALL prior comments... Please add an option to opt out of email notifications. Filling up the inboxes of the accounts team, managers & dept heads... we didn't ask for this, please remove.
