Hi everyone, we wanted to provide an update of a recent change we have made where you'll now see the email address of the primary email entered in the To field is recorded in history each time an invoice is sent. You can read more about this change in my update here.
As mentioned on that thread there are a couple of unique scenarios we are tidying up and I'll return to confirm once that is complete.

New invoicing doesn't show the emails we sent the invoices to...THIS IS IMPORTANT
Customers often say they didn't receive the invoice and I have always been able to confirm which emails we sent it to and send a screenshot to show them
But won't be able to do that with the new inviocing!
I would add who it has been emailed to as important too!
Classic showed who I sent it to with the date and time it was sent
New just shows I sent it
If a customer questions us it would be ideal to screenshot who we sent the invoice to! Like I always have in the past
