Hi everyone, understand the confusion in some of the recent comments here. To explain how this works at present - A report will automatically default to portrait or landscape mode based on the width of the report. The more columns you add, Xero will automatically switch the layout from portrait to landscape mode.
The same report should not change from user to user, if you're finding this it may be worth checking your printer fit settings and if these differ.
We don't have plans for developing an option of whether a report prints in landscape or portrait mode atm, but our teams are across the interest of this, so if there's any change we'll share an update on this with you, here.

Thanks for your engagement with this idea to allow setting specific working days for part-time employees in AU Payroll. We understand wanting to handle these common working arrangements smoothly and accurately.
We know this is a key area for improvement and we'd like to look into this deeper in the long term, however it’s not in our roadmap just yet.
Right now you'll need to manually adjust leave requests.
We'll be sure to provide another update as we move forward with our investigations.

Thank you all for sharing your feedback on how important consolidated employee details are for your businesses.
In November 2023, we released updated payroll reports which allow greater flexibility, however we understand this doesn't fully meet your needs
While employee’s date of birth and account details are accessible from two separate reports, due to the sensitive nature of TFNs, there’s no plans to include these in exportable reports.
While we truly appreciate your feedback and support in this idea, we want to be upfront that we don’t have intentions of combining all the data requested here into a single report that can be exported from Xero Payroll.

We are after a report just showing the the pay template / hourly rates. Each employee has several different rates. User has to go into each employee and retrieve the rates.
Definitely a report is needed where you can select any option that appears in the employees file DOB address, start date, super details, bank accoun TFN etc.

One of my reports came out on Landscape today! Balance Sheet. Do you think I can replicate? While to P&L printed out on Portrait? Please explain.
