AU Payroll - Employee Payroll Details Report
The report should be able to generate Employee Name (First & Last in separate columns), DOB, TFN, Bank Details provided, Super Funds & Address.
We need various information like from time to time for reporting purposes but we cannot get it without having to click in to every single employees - which is hectic

Important feature to generate a report that shows bank account details for each team member (rather than going to each individual person's file).

It also needs Start Date and Termination Date. It's ridiculous having to go into each employee and manually key the data into a s/sheet to add info to the Contact Details Report. The information is in Xero, so should be available in report form.

There should be a report that allows you to print current employees to see if they have provided you with a current Superannuation Fund

This report should be a standard report so as full employee details can be seen clearly and not have to check every record individually.
I totally agree with all the comments below.
There are a number of accounting packages that include this type of report as standard very upsetting that Xero, who have a large share of the market don't.Very disappointed that this issue has been raised many times for a substanial period of time and still hasn't been resolved.

We are having issues with accessing a report that gives all employee renumeration rates not just the Unit Rate. For example
We have staff on Ordinary Rates Mon - Fri - some of these are being paid Above Award Rates for this, then we have Award rates for Saturday, sunday & Public Holidays. We need to be able to export this data quiet often and to enter this to an excel speedsheet is extremely timeconsuming and costly for the clients. In reckon this is a standard report that can be altered
Especially now we have cpi changes due. -

Need to be able to see super member numbers listed on an employee details report. Also perhaps a field to be able to add QLeave member details and the ability to see this on a report too.

Yes it would be great if we could export to excel a report with all our employees details without having to go to each individual employee. Customized report would be a great help and you could select the heading you required.

A report is required listing employee bank account details. Currently we can't compare employee and supplier bank account details.
It would be highly beneficial to be able to run a report which lists all bank account details for employees and suppliers. Another which highlights any bank account details within a supplier and employee -

It is a critical report to compare employees bank details to suppliers bank details to avoid fraud. Risk management requires a company to compare it's employees bank details against the suppliers to validate that none of the suppliers bank details matches to employees' bank details.

I agree with all of the above comments. There should be a report that lists out ALL the settings for both employees and pay items (including employee pay template & default pay item, employee notes, expense accounts etc). It is impossible to review settings for all employees without clicking into each employee' record.

There needs to be either a report or export facility that includes ALL employee information. We have had to deal with a few change in ownership of business where employee's data needs to be entered into the new owner's Xero file.
Even producing multiple reports does not provide all the required information.
Name, address, mobile, super details including member number, bank details, leave balances, payroll calendar, tracking, etc, etc -

We are after a report just showing the the pay template / hourly rates. Each employee has several different rates. User has to go into each employee and retrieve the rates.
Definitely a report is needed where you can select any option that appears in the employees file DOB address, start date, super details, bank accoun TFN etc. -

Totally agree, this is a matter of urgency. Come on Xero. This data is required for Super Guarantee Charge Statements to be completed. Absolutely ridiculous when you have 60+ employees that you have to go into each individual employee (particular past employees as they aren't even in the drop down) to source TFN'S. We should be able to filter what employee data is required and download as a CSV, sensitive or not.

Absolutely agreed! This would be particularly helpful to ensure robust data validation for reporting purposes.
I recently had to run a manual pay run for 56 employees and because I could not export the bank details from Xero into a csv, they had to be entered manually.
Not ideal!
