Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier

This is critical. I have clients that have multiple split bills 60/40 %'s I am manually keying in the same items for the same vendor.
If HubDoc can keep/memorise the single line items/expenses please remember the multiple line items too!
This was mentioned back in 2022. That case is closed and no on can comment or vote. I see this only has two votes! Please help out the HubDoc users! I have attached a screen shot of just one vendor, but it woud be great to see it as a standard, just like the single line items.

Hi team, we appreciate the interest from you all in this idea and sharing how this feature would be beneficial to your processes.
Being upfront the position of this idea has not changed since our update last year and we want to be honest that there are no plans to develop the ability to post receive money transactions in Xero from Hubdoc.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the support we've received through this idea. Without beating around the bush we don't have any short term plans for enabling the import of spend and receive money transactions. This may be something we look into further down the track so we'll continue to track and review the idea here.
For Xero Partners you could look to use the Conversion toolbox to import bank transactions for your clients.
