Banking - Bank deposit slip with subtotals for cash and cheques
Ability to print a deposit slip that shows the subtotals of cash and cheques.
Purpose: Users can easily see the figure of subtotal cash and cheques in the deposit slip.

Xero can print to bank approved customized check stock that I can order. Xero does not have the ability to print to customized bank deposit slips that I can order, requiring clients to hand write deposit slips with customer payments before going to the bank. Clients in the USA still pay by check which need to be itemized on deposit slips. This ability is a huge advantage to the competition when discussing software options with clients.

Not just the totals, but being able to print on Available Deposit forms just like you can with Checks would be nice. As it is now, I have to handwrite my preprinted deposit slips.

I think this should be a basic function available. I deposit cash and cheques all the time and have to complete a manual bank deposit slip. I think it would be better if we could enter the denominations of money and code to correct jobs etc. Print a deposit slip with a bar code for the post office and then when the deposit appears at the bank we just reconcile it.

I really can't believe this is not a current function. It's available in Quickbooks. I receive checks from Customers all the time. Please add this functionality.

This seems like a very big oversight to functioning with internal controls, the front desk people receive payments but the back office typically creates the bank deposit slip.

This is a severely limiting feature in our consideration of switching from Quickbooks. We receive mailed checks daily and need to deposit them at the bank.
