    Hi everyone, we appreciate all the attention and interest this idea has received. This has not gone unnoticed and our product team understand the importance of these estimates for practices.

    There is a bit of complexity involved in being able to achieve this, but we'd like you to know this is something our teams are looking into.

    This is very important to us and we can't believe Xero doesn't do this.
    MYOB has been doing this correctly for years. Unfortunately we've had to do a manual calculation which we never had to do on previous software.

    We are also trying to enter PAYG Instalments paid by a Deceased Trust and there is no where to enter this information. This make the tax estimate incorrect. This needs to be fixed asap.

    Hi everyone, thanks for your support in the idea here. Reading over there are 2 separate requests in the one thread

    • Ability to create a default email template for sending document packs 
    • A text box on single documents in a pack 

    We have another idea that's been started around the default email template across here and I invite all those interested to add their votes. 

    For the thread here I've updated the title slightly for the Text box on individual documents so we can track the interest in each of these separately.

    Hi team, I’m back again as the ability to accept deposits with Stripe has been released to the majority of regions (UK, US, NZ, AU SG, and CA) with sights set to get this to 100% asap.

    Additionally to the feature we first rolled out, we've now added a due date field that allows you to set a specific date you expect payment of the deposit to be received and will be visible when sent to your customer.

    Thanks again for your involvement in the idea here and helping us evolve Xero to better suit the needs of our customers.
