    Hi team. We can see it's been a while since we've provided you with an update about this idea. Looks like it's steadily Gaining Support.

    Whilst this idea isn't currently on our product team's roadmap, we're monitoring the activity and will keep you updated as we go.

    As an accountant we process a number of clients payrolls (some of which are extensive) and when it comes to the major holidays (christmas and new year), it is very time consuming to have to process each employees leave individually. To be able to have the choice to select the employees in bulk and apply the public holidays and annual leave would save time, money and frustrations.

    Hi there,


    I can see how having pinned notes visible on the main information page would be a huge help, especially for spotting critical warnings like credit holds without having to click through different tabs.


    Currently, pinned notes are only visible when you are specifically viewing the Notes tab of a contact. As a workaround, many users add "!!!" or "HOLD" to the beginning of the Contact Name field so it is visible on every screen and summary page throughout Xero.


    I’ve moved your suggestion into Gaining Support under the following title: Contacts - Suggestion for improvement: Display Pinned Notes on the contact information summary page


    This will allow other members to vote on the request and help our product teams gauge the demand for this UI change.

    With the new layout it would be wonderful if on the Client pages it was possible to have an additional column for "Client Notes". We have a significant number of clients with specific notes that being able to see the information on one screen would make life so much easier and more functional in our day to day operations.
