Is there a specific report or reports you'd like to do this with, Suveera.
Xero analytics is one way of getting more of a visual view of an organisations performance, or alternatively you'll find there are a couple of reports like the Income and Expense by Contact reports that enable you to show a chart of your top 10 customers or suppliers.

We appreciate how this could be more intuitive. To confirm how this currently works - Within the body of a batch payment you can use Tab to navigate forward through cells, pressing Enter will enable you to edit the cell and then pressing Enter again will confirm the cells contents(highlighted).
When the cell is highlighted you'll be able to use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate up, down and across within the body of your batch payment.

Hi community, we appreciate all the feedback you've shared on how we can improve new invoicing for your needs.
In relation to the alert of available credit as raised in this idea, we've identified there are a few situations for Invoice only users where the available credit pop up isn't being shown. This is something we have plans to fix, and while I can't give a specific date on the idea here, we want you to know this is important to us and I'll keep you updated on progress here.

Often I need to make changes to an already paid invoice and if this was paid as part of a batch payment, it makes the process of deleting the payment, changing the invoice and then redoing the payment extremely lengthy. I'm aware you can edit certain fields on a paid invoice, however I would suggest we should be able to add / remove lines. For example, if I sold 128 of something at a price, but then it turns out it was 64 of one and 64 of another, I cannot change this without doing the above.
