Hi team, we appreciate interest and why you may want to copy documents from a source transaction when creating a bill.

We want to be open that this isn't something we have immediate plans for developing. For the time being we will continue to watch the support this idea builds closely here. If there is any progress we'll be sure to let you know

By having this implemented it would mean less data stored on your servers, currently he have documents attached to the PO's and then duplicate when the bill is created. Having attachments linked to PO's, bills quotes and invoices is critical to our organisation. Having these copy from PO's to bills and quotes to invoices would be a game changer. Further having them accessible on the projects module would be mind blowing.

Hi everyone, we appreciate wanting the ability to assign files to the project itself. While this isn't something we have planned right now we'll keep tracking the interest through the idea here.

To highlight, though not currently available on the Project directly, it's possible to attach files to the individual transactions within a project e.g a Bill, Invoice, Spend money or Expense. i

Along with this, you may also find it useful to create folders within your Files library where you can collect all files related to a specific project for ease of reference.

Understand this isn't the ideal solution, but may help some for now 🙂
