An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie Prima commentedI'm working with a new client who has over 250 tracking sub-categories. This is tedious, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I didn't want to put this client in QBO, but it's limitations like this that make me wonder if I made the right choice. :(

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie Prima commentedI'm working with a new client, a government agency, who has over 250 tracking items. It's INSANE that these cannot be added to items by default.
I have a client who I'm wanting to switch from FreshBooks to Xero because the Square feed coming through 3rd party Income Importer doesn't work properly.
Now after reading this, I suspect I will end up losing this client because she doesn't want to use QBO (she wants to go back to QBD, which I no longer work in) and wants to make sure that she won't have the same SQUARE issues in Xero.
