Given Xero's huge subscriber base in Australia, I would imagine a lot of Xero's subscribers are part of the Paid Parental Leave Scheme. Which means a lot of Xero's subscribers have been and continue to be inconvenienced by Xero Payroll's lack of this basic ability to map an earnings pay item to balance sheet accounts.
Would Xero please prioritise this request to help manager your subscribers' frustration?

Hi everyone, we appreciate the number of users that'd like to see more mechanisms to assign and control who approves specific employee's claims.
Our product teams have a close eye on this idea, and while this feature is not in the roadmap atm, they'll keep reviewing this as they continue to plan and prioritise work for Expenses. So, if there us any shift in status we'll share an update to keep you all informed on the idea, here.

If Xero is able to allow the selection of approver for leave requests and timesheets, I would think it isn't too hard to also allow the selection of approver for Expenses. I would think Xero would prioritise this given Xero charges for the use of it.

Is there a good reason why employees can edit their personal details on Xero Me, but not their residential address? This doesn't make sense at all.
