Hi team, we appreciate this idea is gathering interest and we're continuing to keep a close watch on the support this receives.
While we don't have immediate plans for enabling an option to search by description directly from the Sales search, we'd like to highlight another option that you may find handy - You can use JAX to query and return results about your invoices.

Appreciate the interest in being able to search by description. While we're attentive to your feedback, I want to be open that we don't have any immediate plans for developing this atm.Ā
We're staying close to feedback on how we can improve navigation for our customers when using Xero, and I'll let you know if there is any development planned surrounding this, here. ThanksĀ

It would be very helpful to be able to search the Particulars fields in statements as often a transaction appears with a different name to the trading name and can be hard to identify. If this function was available I could check if I already have a transaction with this business.
