Hi everyone, we understand you'd like more consistency in the documents you send from Xero and appreciate all your feedback on Remittance customisation here. While we have longer terms intentions to improve branding across Xero, this is not roadmapped for development at present.

We'll continue to stay connected to the idea here and engage to share when there is opportunity to develop in this space.

For me, it is important to have a consistent layout across all the Xero documents, along with the flexibility to modify those layouts. I can (more-or-less) make the invoice/credit/statement how I want them to be, but the remittance advice is lacking that flexibility

I do not send "Quotes", in my line of work I send "Estimates" and whilst the terminology within Xero can say quotes, I would like the ability to have the PDF file which I send to my customer renamed so that it doesnt have the attachment name of "Quote xxxxx" and can be called "Estimate xxxxx" or something else. The filename could be set in the settings part of the program where the templates etc are. It might be also worth having all of the attachment pdf names configurable because I can see (for example) in the legal industry they may want to call an invoice a "fee note"
