Hi Carrie, thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the request for more reporting options within Inventory Plus, particularly for businesses wanting deeper insights into inventory performance and stock management.
For now, you can use reports such as Inventory Item Details and Profit and Loss alongside Inventory Plus to analyse sales, cost of goods sold, and inventory activity. We appreciate these don't provide all of the reporting available directly within the Inventory Plus experience.
I've updated the status of this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest from the community. If there are specific reports you'd find most valuable, such as stock valuation, inventory ageing, or margin reporting, we'd love to hear more.

Hi everyone, thanks again for continuing to share your feedback and examples on this idea.
We’ve now done some initial discovery on this and can see the value it could provide for businesses needing assembly or bundled inventory capability in Xero.
This is something we’re interested in solving longer term, however there is a bit of complexity involved in the work and it hasn’t been roadmapped at this stage.
When we are able to get this planned in the pipeline, we’ll be sure to update you here and keep you informed on progress.
