Thanks for sharing this feedback. Being able to save an expense and add another one straight away could make processing multiple receipts more efficient .

Thanks for sharing this suggestion. We understand the request to duplicate a previous expense claim. Having a copy option could make recurring expenses quicker to submit and reduce repetitive data entry.

We appreciate there are some customers that are still using Classic expenses. There are no plans to develop a widget in the new Homepage for Classic expenses.
However, you can access Classic Expenses by clicking Purchases > Expenses, where organisations that are using Classic expenses will see a banner and can select to go to Classic Expenses.

Thanks for re-raising the idea with us here, Ben. We'll see if this idea gains support from more community users and please do share if there are others that you feel would benefit from this too sop they can add their support.
In terms of the API we have a separate idea forum where these ideas can be raised and experts that are better suited to handle and review these sort of requests.
I've found an idea for an API for the Xero expense feature that you may like to support for this.

Hey community, thanks for your detailed feedback on combining expenses into a single claim.
We recognise the value in creating a more streamlined process for submitting and approving multiple expenses, especially for events like business travel.
Our product team are currently reviewing this functionality and are in an initial discovery phase, but it isn’t set in their product roadmap yet. We’ve moved the status to In Discovery to reflect this.
We’re continuing to monitor feedback on this idea and will keep you updated.
