Expenses Report - Including billable expense assignment
Would really appreciate the ability to export expense claims for an individual employee for a defined period which shows which are billable to a client and those that are not.
Currently the Expense Claim Detail report only shows aged (unpaid) expenses and the Account Transactions Report shows all expenses whether paid, unpaid or submitted, but doesn't differentiate those that are general expenses from those that can be billed to Clients (Customers).
Hard to believe we are the first small business to request this functionality.

This would also allow expenses to be reviewed by Contact to make it easier to review trends over time

Or of course the expenses system could revert back with key features we had before. In particular having the expense be a contact.....

I find it amazing that there is about a dozen things you can search on in the expenses, yet "Spent at" is not one of them. This feature is so basic and yet missing. Really need to be able to search on "Bunnings" etc,

Report by expense ledger, option to add filed; show if expense is marked for billable assignment. This will be great, Thanks.

I agree. I need to be able to run a report by general ledger nominal, that shows if an item is marked as billable or not. Surely this can't be that difficult ? any company that uses this feature must need this report ?

We need report for expenses allocated to customers - so we know all bills that are rebilled to certain customer

Could the "spent at" field be populated from the contacts or create a new contact?
I'm sure this worked before the contacts were upgraded a few years ago.

I would like the entered receipt added to the Contact Activity. When the receipt is entered into the expense claim it creates a new Contact but does not record the activity in the Contact. Please fix this.

We need to be able to run a report of historical Expense Claims, by Customer contact in order to see what Expenses were entered for a certain time period. The Expense Claims Detail report does not show anything when I run it. I need the Expense Claim Report to be able to be sorted by our Customers names, not sorted by our employees.
