    Hi team, Xero Partner Hub was recently announced at Xerocon and will bring with it a whole heap of great changes we know our partners have been wanting to see. When building this, our team paid great attention to what our partners had been asking for in Product ideas and I'm pleased to share that within the new client experiences there will be a new field for Place of Birth on a Clients record. 😊 We appreciate your support through the product idea forums and will keep you updated as this rolls out.     Why isn't it possible to link documents to One Drive ? Surely we can't be the only business that needs this ?

    I agree. I need to be able to run a report by general ledger nominal, that shows if an item is marked as billable or not. Surely this can't be that difficult ? any company that uses this feature must need this report ?

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.

    As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.

    History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

    This is so important, our compliance team are reluctant for us to embrace XPM fully because this isn't available.

    Hi community, thank you for your engagement and sharing how you'd like us to evolve roles for customers using Xero. User roles impact all areas of the product, there are many considerations we must factor in when assessing how to solve for majority of our customers needs - As you can see there is a large range of ideas for different roles shared by customers in Product Ideas.
    We’re conducting research on the current landscape and how we might approach some of the most predominant needs in roles for our customers. To be upfront, the discovery of this work will be long running and there'll be multiple phases of research and forms of engagement with users that’ll help shape the path ahead in this space.

    We create invoices in XPM, but when we push them through to Xero, the staff with invoice only access to our practice can't see the invoices as they can only see invoices that they've raised themselves.
