✨ Hi everyone,
Thanks for sharing your feedback on this idea and explaining how assigning staff to invoices created in Xero Practice Manager would help improve workflow visibility and accountability through the billing process.
We can see the value in having a clearer way to show ownership during invoicing, especially where different team members are involved in preparing, reviewing, and following up on invoices.
We’re moving this idea to Gaining support so others in the community can vote and share how this would help their practice too. The more detail we have on how this would improve day-to-day workflows, the better we can understand the broader impact.
We’ll continue to monitor the feedback here and share any updates as we learn more.

Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.
I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.
I'll share more news here as this gets closer to release.

Hi Megan, so we can get a sense of the interest in the two aspects of ideas you noted in this idea I've just split the second to this post so we can track these separately. If there are any plans made for either of these improvements we'll share on the respective idea. Thanks

Just a simple press of a button that can copy exactly what has been set as the physical address for the postal address. The retyping or even copy paste option is not time efficient

Since the latest XPM update, we’ve noticed that the option to bulk-update related client addresses after changing the an address appears to be missing. Previously, this feature was extremely useful for quickly updating multiple related clients who shared the same address.
We rely on this functionality to keep client records consistent and save significant admin time. Without it, we now need to update each related client manually, which is inefficient and increases the chance of inconsistencies.
This feature was a real time-saver and an important part of maintaining accurate client data across groups.
