Hi Fiona and Annie, thanks for raising this here. Appreciate the need to move the feature to an area where it is accessed with intention and not accidentally. I would imagine many Xero files have at some time had a person going click happy with the OK button on the dashboard and reconciling to the incorrect entry.
By simply adding a column to choose Bank Statement Particulars in the Account Transactions report we could visually see easily if lines were reconciled to the wrong entry. This is not creating a new report but simply adding access to another column.

Hi David, it's possible to run the Account Transactions report showing a 'Related account' column to see where transactions have been reconciled to. Would this suit what you're asking here?

It would be good to add attachments to published reports. EG if you publish the bank reconciliation report you could add a copy of the actual bank statement as evidence that your report is justified. This would be helpful for those reviewing the reports to have the attached copy.
