Hi Diane, just to get a better understanding can you share how you are currently entering bills into Xero? E.g emailing bills to your organisation, uploading them?

Thanks for your feedback, Dane. This isn't something we have direct plans around atm and we'll track the interest in having this option as a floating button, here.
You may find using the 'Home' button on your keyboard helps to quickly navigate back to the top of page for now.

Hi Trudi, while the Business menu option I mentioned in my last update remains the best flow for what you're after here currently.
I thought it may be useful to share that we've recently released some keyboard shortcuts for common actions in new invoicing that may help improve your efficiency when invoicing. Our product team have added small prompts to highlight these in the product while our customers familiarise, and if you’d like to view the full list of options you can see them all on Xero Central.
We'll continue to track the interest in an approve & close option here, and share if there are any changes planned that may impact this.

Hi team, thank you for your thorough feedback in this idea. We appreciate there are different preferences our users have when approving invoices in Xero and just to re-highlight - there are now keyboard shortcuts available for most action buttons in invoicing to help navigate and quickly select the option you prefer rather than the drop down selection.
Though we understand it is not the news you're hoping here we want to be transparent that there are no plans at this stage to add the ability to set your own default for the Approve button in invoicing.
We will continue to track the support this idea keeps building and be sure to let you know if there is any change to the status of this idea, here.

Hi Natascha thanks for raising this here. Appreciate the need for having Split payment available on both steps. We're moving this idea to gain more support from the community. Hi everyone ✨
Thanks for continuing to share your feedback on this idea. We’ve seen a lot of interest in having more detailed filters in Bank Reconciliation, including separate fields for Spent and Received amounts, and for Bill Numbers and Invoice Numbers 😊
We understand how clearer filtering would make it easier to review transactions, track activity, and find the right items faster when reconciling.
We’re moving this idea to Gaining Support so other customers can vote and add comments. The more detail we can gather on the situations where this would help most, the better this helps our team understand the impact and prioritise future improvements ✨

Morning Kelly,
I usually upload bills, with some being forwarded from my email. Once I've gone through the bills in Files I then go straight to Reconcile before realising that I haven't gone into the Bills section to approve them.
If I could approve the bills from the Files section that would be really handy.
