    I’m considering reviewing my Xero subscription, as I’ve found a lot of limitations with the software.
    I’m unable to submit CT600s for societies, and I had to purchase separate software to submit an individual CT600s, which was costly and very time-consuming.
    I wasn’t aware of these limitations when I agreed to take on the Xero subscription.

    As a practice that recently migrated from IRIS to Xero Tax, I am highly disappointed to find that Xero strictly forces a standard filing block with no capability to attach ad-hoc supporting PDFs. For companies with complex technical information packs (such as detailed claims data), this limitation creates massive compliance hurdles and forces us to rely on external portals. Please introduce a 'Select External PDF' tool for the final CT600 submission stage to match the capabilities of desktop software like IRIS.
