Sales Invoices - Pop-up reminder of notes
Ability to have a pop up reminder feature from the notes when creating a new invoice.
Purpose: This will make users’ easily identify if there’s any special note from their contacts in Xero, when they’re creating invoices for them.

Agreed 100%, as we have multiple admin staff that overlap, being able to have notes pop up for all users is ideal.
This would be super helpful for things like "Alert, send invoice as a PDF" or "Please speak to admin before invoicing".
This could also link to the idea of an account stop alert - letting every user know that this customer account is PROFORMA ONLY or SUPSENDED.

Ensures all requirements are met for faster customer payments
A customers 'Sales Invoice Note Alert' field should be added to their Sales defaults. What ever saved in this field to be displayed if it is filled on the 'New Invoice' window (with yellow background).
This would be fantastic for specific customers that require extra processes that are needed to have customer pay their invoice other than just email it off.
Examples - upload to portal, attach delivery docket, check special item prices are correct

Hi
I use Xero for my quotes and invoices to clients. I have a pet sitting and boarding business. Is there somehow in XERO I can also keep a record of each client's dog's annual vaccination records along with Council registration details? Also an alert feature for when these expire and need to be renewed.

Something like this for payable contacts for BPAY or auto direct debit payment reminders would be very helpful. Especially for relief staff.

Pop up to-do list or google style calendar reminders to appear when you log on to Xero, populated manually by the user and only visible by that user when they log on.
When dealing with multiple client Xero files as a bookkeeper who may be using different computers to log on to the files depending on where we access the client (ie onsite or at office). It would be great to be able to list particular jobs that need to be done in the particular Xero file for instance, remember to change an employees pay rate on a certain date, and have these tasks pop up, reminder style, when you log on to that Xero file.
