Sales Invoices - Combine Invoice file and attached files into one PDF when sending
Ability to combine sales invoice and attachments into one PDF when emailing/printing
Purpose: To ensure all documents are sent to the customer, and make it easy for customer to reference all documents together

Think about AP processes for customers that use Oracle financials or similar. The attachment gets dropped (same as Xero when processing email bills!) and renders it useless.

This would be fantastic, I have a client on MYOB who I could move over if this is an option in Xero. It would be worth re-training the staff to streamline their processes.

Yes please. This is needed. Seems some paperless aps do not accept multiple documents if attached as extras. Please make it so you can toggle a "Add Attachments to Invoice to make into one document". Otherwise it means we have to print, then scan back in as one document or pay for a whole other app to do this. Not very paperless or streamlined.

This is a requirement for my customers - they will not accept invoices with separate attachments. Please Xero, it looks like this has been a popular request with Xero users for a while now - are you responding to the calls to make this possible within Xero?

This is critical for us. Some of our clients require invoice and supporting documents in one pdf, otherwise the invoice won't get approved for payment. Therefore I have to send the invoice to myself first, download the pdf, merge it with the supporting docs on Adobe, then send the email to the client with with the new merged pdf. With multiple invoices a week it's a really tedious and lengthy task when it really needn't be!

This is a must! Our customers will not accept invoices unless the invoice and supporting work schedule is provided as a single combined PDF.

This customer is a major multi-national with likely hundreds of thousands of suppliers who use Xero who also need this function, So in reality, the number of votes on this suggestions should really be 'off the charts'!

All our clients request a merged invoice.
We will have to move to an alternative invoicing provider that has this capability as a result.

Clients can view and download invoice attachments after paying the invoice. Lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects, can benefit from automatically being paid for their reports, documents etc before clients can get access to them.
