Branding - Custom DOCX template for Remittance Advices
Ability to customise the branding of Remittance with a DOCX / advanced branding theme
Purpose: This would allow businesses that are already using DOCX / Advance branding to apply consistent branding to the Remittance advice that is sent to their suppliers.

This is an important feature that we require as well.

Such an important feature to have!
It seems highly unprofessional to not be consistent with our other branded templates. -

This such an important feature. As a business, it looks unprofessional when a document doesn't meet out branding guidelines.

Still baffled at why such a simple feature is taking so long to implement, you literally already have it available for invoicing?
-
Joe Kerslake commented
A very worthwhile feature still missing out. All other platforms of accountancy software have this functionality so why doesn't xero?
-
Marianne Pegus commented
This should be available in the customization as there are different organization in which they wanted to have their own theme and format.
-
Kobe Watkins commented
This is an essential feature. Should be able to send Remittance according to the branding theme.

C'mon Xero, this is something that's been requested multiple times for a very very long time, are you even listening to your customers?
To top it off, just got an email notifying of ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE to Xero subscription fees.
Pull your collective fingers out, and get onto it Xero!

Please make this a feature - common sense would tell you that this is a necessary feature for all documents sent out. We should be able to customise ANY template you offer on this software package. Thanks.

This is a basic requirement. I find it hard to believe that such a simple thing as customising a remittance advice is not available!

Facing lots of queries on our payment as default RA has not enough details.

Very disappointed that we can't get a Remittance Advice to match our Invoices, etc.

Manu Whatarangi commented
It's actually ridiculous that this is something Xero has overlooked. The default template looks like something someone has slapped together in MS Word.

Gemma Sheed commented
This is crucial! All the effort spent customizing invoices and statements and then the remittance doesn’t even match; very unprofessional looking

It's really a severely lacking option in terms of maintaining a professional presentation/image, when you cannot adapt a remittance advice to be consistent with other documents produced by your business.
I'm not sure whose address / email address / contact info actually fits in the pathetically skinny column available for this information on a remittance advice without being split over multiple lines and looking completely disgusting.
The only saving grace is that everyone knows what accounting app you're using when they get one these horrible things and generally knows there is nothing you can do about it.

Hoping there are plans for this - we desperately want to add our customised template to our remittance advice! It would be great to be able to add in where the payment has been made to as well.

C'mon Xero! We can customise other templates, yet not the ugliest template (remittance advice) you have! Cant we look professional across the board? Ridiculous that we can add all this detail to payments etc, but cant make use of it on our templates.

XERO remittance is way to simple which doesn't show the description or line items, please add the function of customisation line items

Tony Inggs commented
Please could we have the ability to professionalise our remittances .
Having a consistent standard for our Business is brought down a bit by sending a generic Remittance .
