Projects - Ability to bulk assign bills to Project
Ability to assign bills in bulk to Project.
Purpose: To save time rather than assign the bill one by one.

This one is actually killing me!! Please update this.
In fact, just spend money transactions and expense management in projects in general.
If a bunch of expenses have been assigned to the wrong project you have to go into the project and do the following:
- click on each one, which gives you a pop-up,
- you THEN have to click the Spend Money link,
- Click Options,
- Click Edit Transaction,
- Click Assign to Project,
- Type the project,
- Click project,
- Save,
- Update TransactionNow do this 10 times for each transaction........!!!!!!!
What!!!

Hi,
We have a lot of projects and a lot of bills to allocate in these projects. It is taking me forever to do that individually!
Is there any solution to make the progress more efficient?

I have a lot of transactions that go through from HubDoc assigned the client and then need reassigning to a specific project for invoicing. It would be much slicker to be able to bulk assign from the customer items for invoicing report.

I have bills with dozens of line items that have to be addressed individually to assign the project. It would be great to be able to bulk assign line items from multiple sections of Xero, including the bank feed, or even using the mass upload spreadsheets

Being able to go to the "bill to pay" and pick multiple expenses and to assign them all to a client at once, would save a huge amount of time instead of doing them one by one!!!
I am wasting so much time by doing one by one!
Can you please please add this feature in the futur upgrade? -

Being able to go through the Transaction History in the linked bank accounts and assigning expenses / income recorded on bank statements (ie this could be both expenses/invoices paid from the bank account and incoming payments received into it) to specific projects would be incredibly helpful.

I am wasting so much time on this. Our invoicing is automated from Ignition but there is no link to Xero Projects and so we have to manually edit each invoice and assign a project.

When using the projects function, you can allocate purchase invoices to the project which is great but to see if a purchase invoice has been allocated to a project you have to go into each purchase invoice. If we could add a column to either the purchase invoice summary / detail report or to the account transaction report which shows if a purchase invoice has been allocated to a project it would make checking a lot quicker and easier than having to click into each purchase invoice.
