Repeating invoices: Ability to copy them to create new ones

Users can copy and create a new repeating invoice from an existing repeating invoice rather than having to copy from an existing approved invoice.

    Please (please!) can we have a copy option for Repeating Invoices and Bills?
    We have repeating invoices set up for membership, and every new members requires us to code a new repeating invoice from scratch. It would be great if we could just copy an existing one, like you can with all other invoices.

    BTW copying from an approved invoice is not a work around as you lose all the placeholder settings.

    It feels that repeating invoices are missing a big piece of functionality as currently cannot copy/import repeating invoices to allow for the setup of large quantities of invoices for things like memberships.

    It also seems that repeating invoice functionality is reduced by not having the ability to refresh repeating invoices for changes to product/service prices without adjusting each invoice individually rather than from the repeating templates tab but selecting a checkbox and using an update for changes to products/services type button.

    It would be really helpful for us to be able to duplicate an existing repeating invoice to create a new repeating invoice as often we need to create additional repeating invoices for the same customers or create a very similar repeating invoice for a different customer who has not had an approved invoice yet.
