Find and Recode - Edit Line item descriptions in bulk
While it is possible to use Find & Recode to edit the contact, it's not currently possible to use this feature to edit line item descriptions, this would need to be done on the individual transaction themselves.
Can XERO please look into this and bring this new feature in future to save time.

In Find and recode, be able change the description of multiple transactions. Sometimes you have added one description to lots of bills and it needs to change to a different description for all of them. Currently you have to go into each and every one to change it. Annoying.

This is absolutely essential! We have thousands of line items that are the same description item - (ie. Uber travel in Sydney to and from office for director).
It takes DAYS of work to go into these individually - being able to do this in bulk is critical to an efficient workflow. Thanks! -

Set up the ability to bulk edit the "Description" field under the "Find & recode" option.

Find and Recode Descriptions.
Client repetitively inputs the wrong description,asking the coding look incorrect. It would be awesome to be able to fix the description on these repetitive transactions.
Seems we can change almost everything except that. Please add this to find and recode. Thanks
